How Column Mapping Works
When you drop a file, GRL Ledger reads its headers and asks you to map them to the correct fields.
Date → the transaction date column · Description → the narrative/reference column
Debit → outflow amount · Credit → inflow amount
Once mapped, transactions are added to your current ledger.
